You interact with Propexo Connect through a web-based console that handles the complete integration lifecycle. There is no infrastructure to provision, no servers to maintain, no code to write.

The workflow is straightforward — Connect, Sync, Deliver:

  1. Connect — Pick a connector for the operational system you care about first — inspections, AI communications, maintenance, payments, access, leasing, screening, or a core property platform — and provide your credentials
  2. Sync — Choose the streams and fields you need, then set a sync mode and schedule. Propexo manages incremental updates, schema drift, rate limits, and API changes.
  3. Deliver — Data lands in your warehouse or database on the cadence you set (destination connectors are documented under Data Warehouses in the Connector Directory)
