Connect Your Systems
Every Propexo Connect pipeline starts with two endpoints: the proptech system you're pulling data from (your source) and the warehouse or database where that data needs to land (your destination). Connectors are the bridge between them.
Sources: Your Proptech Systems
Your inspection platform, AI communications product, maintenance stack, payments rail, access system, leasing CRM, screening service, or core property platform can each be a source. Propexo Connect extracts data from these systems using purpose-built source connectors that handle authentication, API communication, and data discovery on your behalf.
A typical setup looks like this: you select a connector for the vendor you are standardizing on (for example HappyCo for condition data or EliseAI for leasing conversations), provide your API credentials, and Propexo Connect validates the connection. Once validated, the platform can discover every data stream that connector exposes — findings, threads, work orders, or lease entities, depending on the product.
You can reuse a configured source across multiple pipelines. Configure a given vendor account once, then create a separate connection for each destination you want to send its data to — every connection pairs one source with one destination.
Destinations: Your Data Warehouse
Destinations are where your extracted proptech data lands for querying, reporting, and analysis. The set of supported destination systems evolves over time — browse Data Warehouses in the Connector Directory, or see the Propexo Connect Marketplace for the latest availability.
Like sources, destinations are reusable — configure a warehouse or database once and receive data from any number of source connections.
Connectors: Built and Maintained by Propexo
Every source and destination integration in Propexo Connect is powered by a connector — a purpose-built module that handles the protocol details, authentication flow, schema discovery, and data extraction or loading for a specific system.
Propexo Connect provides 125+ connectors, all built and maintained by the Propexo team. This is not a community marketplace with varying quality levels — every connector receives the same engineering investment and ongoing maintenance as vendor APIs evolve.
If you need a connector that isn't available yet, contact the Propexo team to discuss your requirements.
